    Professional Background: Wes Kaisershot is a professional licensed civil engineer, holding certifications in multiple states including Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and New Jersey. A graduate of the prestigious Colorado School of Mines, Wes has dedicated his career to the specialized field of subsurface utility engineering and utility coordination.

    Key Projects and Achievements: At the forefront of our company’s growth, Wes is currently spearheading business development efforts. Engaged in discussions with a diverse range of firms from small DBE, MBE, and SBE entities to industry giants like AECOM, WSP, HDR, and Atkins Realis, Wes is instrumental in expanding our horizons and forging strategic partnerships.

    Wes’s career is marked with great achievements, possibly none bigger than his involvement in the State Highway 130 project in Central Texas. As the pioneer Design/Build project in Texas and the largest endeavor undertaken by TxDOT, this 90+ mile toll road project between Austin and San Antonio stands as a testament to Wes’s prowess and vision in engineering.

    Personal Interests: Beyond the realm of engineering, Wes finds fulfillment in volunteering at his church and pursuing outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and power walking. While he occasionally indulges in a round of golf, Wes’s passion lies in contributing to his community and embracing the beauty of nature.

    Future of Engineering: Wes is a firm believer in the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in engineering. Emphasizing the importance of embracing new technologies such as 4M Analytics, he envisions AI as the key driver of progress and disruption in the engineering landscape.
