– Reviews utility plans and construction documents, identifies potential conflicts, and acts as liaison between designers, utility agencies and owner on behalf of clients.
– Conducts utility coordination meetings, documents meeting minutes, and maintains all records & correspondence pertaining to the activities of each utility agency.
– Performs follow-up of meeting action items to assure effective coordination results.
– Prepares conflict matrix and utility reports needed to secure utility clearances.
– Communicates verbally and formally the status of coordination activities to keep the project team informed of all utility activities and processes.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of technical/utility coordination experience.
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or related field, preferred.
